Within this context we are seeking a passionate and experienced Solutions Optimization Manager. You will play a key role in maximizing the value of our software and technology assets, ensuring strategic and efficient management of licenses and the adoption of Solutions.

What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solutions Optimization Manager. You will play a key role in maximizing the value of our software and technology assets, ensuring strategic and efficient management of licenses and the adoption of Solutions.

You’ll be accountable for Solutions Optimization Including:

  • Licenses volume definition in collaboration with Solution owners
  • Licenses process allocation & monitoring
  • Buy Less strategy, including adoption & usage intensity measurement

Your day to day:

  • Animating and coordinating Solution inventories (“as is” picture) with all stakeholders: Solution owner IT & Business Stakeholders (Global/Zone/Local)
  • Leading global optimization of software, AI and Tech solutions, including license sizing, usage analysis and adoption management.
  • Exploring and assessing emerging AI/GenAI cost models, demonstrating curiosity and agility toward rapidly evolving consumption‑based paradigm.
  • Building and communicating dashboards, KPIs and optimization plans, ensuring clear visibility and alignment across the Group.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to leadership, supporting informed decision‑making on usage, investments, and value creation.
  • Creating strong awareness among end‑users about solution cost, AI consumption mechanism, and value creation, helping them to make cost‑efficient usage decisions.
  • Promoting a “Buy Less” culture, ensuring the ability to anticipate business shifts and strategically reopen negotiations.
  • Driving a strong community dynamic actively animating Tech and Finance networks to share insights, anticipate changes and coordinate actions.

  • 10 or more years of proven experience in a similar context
  • Software environment knowledge: solid Tech environment knowledge to understand licenses mechanisms, counting method, and software usage measurement
  • Excellent collaboration, communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (IT, Business, Purchasing, Finance, Legal) on a global scale
  • Proactive, organized, rigorous, and possessing sharp analytical skills. You have a strong service orientation, an ability to lead working groups, and to positively influence.
  • Skills in Business Intelligence are a plus
