Our client is a global company with 6 locations and over 550 employees. Since the end of 2017, the digital e-commerce department of one of the largest furniture stores in Europe has been in existence, with the future vision of sustainably changing online retail and providing customers with an innovative shopping experience.Our client is looking for a Product Owner (m|f|d) to implement this project.Tasks- Responsibility for the operational & strategic development and support of our online products- Management of the product backlog as well as the creation of user stories by transferring customer and business needs- Interface between business stakeholders and development team- Ongoing analysis of product performance and successful product development- Independently driving forward innovative topics and sustainable solution**Requirements**:- At least 3 years' experience as a product owner or in the management of web projects, preferably in e-commerce- Passion for agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe,...)- Confident in dealing with different stakeholders and a good overview of the market- Analytical thinking skills and aptitude in dealing with data (Google Analytics should not be a foreign word to you)- Very good English skills- Nice to have: CSPO (scrum) certified**Benefits**:- Extensive further training and high potential to develop your skills- Pleasant working atmosphere in an internationally active and professional team- Flexible working hours and home office- State-of-the-art office with chill-out area, state-of-the-art hardware- Free yoga, Pilates and CrossFit classes, because your health is important to us.- Annual pass for public transport in Barcelona Zone 1- A qualification-dependent monthly salary starting at € 3.200 gross
