- Offer preparation in cooperation with the internal sales team
- Strategic market and customer planning to drive regional sales performance
- Technical background in packaging, food technology, or equivalent commercial/technical training
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the flexible packaging industry
- Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to travel frequently across Iberia
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
- Confident user of MS Office and digital tools (CRM, Teams, etc.)
