Technical Support Engineer
Zusammenfassung
A leading technical support firm in Spain is seeking a technical support professional to provide remote assistance for Growatt products and perform field services such as inspections and repairs. The ideal candidate has a degree in power electronics, proficiency in Spanish, and strong communication skills. Frequent business trips may be required.
Qualifikationen

- Spanish is mandatory.
- Familiar with basic instrumentation.

- Provide technical support for Growatt products in Spain.
- Conduct remote and field services, including inspections and repairs.
- Collect feedback on product quality and report issues.

- Remote technical support for product issues via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or APPs.
- Field services include onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
- Collect product failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.
- Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company
Qualifications
1. Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry
2. Ability to learn multi-series products quickly
3. Spanish is mandatory
5. Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.
6. Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi-meter, 485 tool etc.
7. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.
