A growing energy solutions provider based in Madrid is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in Iberia. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of sales experience in the energy sector and a proven track record in closing contracts. A strong understanding of commercial models for renewable energy is essential. The position is full-time and based in an office with travel expectations.
Join us on our journey: As our Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact point for our leads, prospects, and customers in Iberia. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey — from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go‑live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Regional Manager, our Technical Project Manager, and the Commercial Team to build long‑term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful.
