Join our dynamic Legal team, where we value collaboration, excellence, and growth. Our team consists of 7 members, with 2 based in Switzerland and 5 in Palma de Mallorca. We are structured into two main areas: the Legal Commercial team (3 people) and the Litigation and Corporate team (3 people). We are looking for a fourth member to join our Legal Commercial (contracts) team in Palma, reporting directly to the Head of Legal Commercial, and working closely with the Legal Director.
We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support all matters related to commercial contracts and questions. This role also offers opportunities to handle a variety of other legal matters, including data protection, compliance, civil law, and more. Additionally, the Junior Legal Counsel will provide advice to various departments within the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop your legal expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with internal and external business partners.
- Legal Advice & Support: Provide timely and sound legal advice to internal departments on a range of issues, including contractual matters, and data protection.
- Project Support: Offer legal, administrative, and project support on a one-to-one basis, contributing to various strategic initiatives within the department.
