A global language learning marketplace is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in corporate language training. Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, conducting cold prospecting, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills. This position is based in Madrid, Spain.

will be responsible for driving growth in italki’s corporate language training business
Handle incoming corporate training inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
Conduct outbound (cold) prospecting to generate new B2B leads.
Develop proposals, quotations, and customized training plans for corporate clients.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent post-sale support and customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to provide feedback from clients and market trends.
Suggest improvements in training solutions, pricing models, and user experience.
Stay updated on competitors and market developments to inform strategy.
Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
