KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Product team in managing product development workflows, ensuring tasks are organized and on track
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Support, Business Development, Tech) to gather requirements and ensure smooth product operations
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement to our B2B solutions
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard of execution across product initiatives
• Assist with onboarding materials and training related to new features and updates
• Help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in product processes
• Communicate professionally with Spanish-speaking clients
