Freelance Opportunity: Project Manager – Food Industry (Execution Support)

We are looking for a freelance Project Manager to support the execution of an industrial equipment installation project in the food industry. This role is ideal for a mid to senior-level professional with strong coordination skills and experience in industrial project execution. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

• Support the execution phase of equipment installation and commissioning activities on-site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist in layout reviews, process integration, and operational readiness.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.

• Solid experience in managing or supporting industrial equipment installation projects, preferably in the food or beverage sector.
• Strong understanding of factory operations and process execution.
• Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards is a plus.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Engineering degree (Process, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Availability to work on-site in Vic City for the duration of the project.
