  • Analyze data trends to recommend workflow enhancements and address policy nuances.
  • Enforce community guidelines by monitoring reports and reviewing flagged content within set quality standards.
  • Spot inefficiencies in workflows and suggest actionable solutions.
What Were Looking For

Language Proficiency: Spanish fluency (C1) and strong English communication skills.

Critical Thinking: Solid reasoning and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues.

Education: College education or equivalent experience (military background accepted).

Experience: Up to 1 year in a BPO or related service environment is a plus.
