A global fashion group in Madrid is seeking a customer service professional to support their wholesale business in Spain and Portugal. This role involves managing customer data, assisting with order processes, handling returns, generating reports, and resolving claims. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience, advanced English proficiency, and a good command of Excel. Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Good level of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Help initiate and monitor new customer creations and amendments.
• Assist with raising Sales Orders and ensuring orders are dispatched correctly.
• Support with managing return orders for faulty or commercial reasons.
• Create weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports to monitor performance.
• Help collect, investigate, and resolve incidences as the main contact.
