This fully remote position requires fluent Spanish and native-level Portuguese, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The work schedule is full-time, requiring weekend availability, and fits into a collaborative and flexible work environment.

Formación

Position

Customer Care Specialist (Portuguese and Spanish markets) – fluent Spanish and native‑level Portuguese. This role covers weekend shifts and focuses on providing exceptional support to customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver personalized solutions across multiple channels.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with timely responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to issue resolution.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Provide information on products and services, and offer coverage and price advice to prospective customers.
  • Collect necessary information to open claims, follow up on open cases, and resolve claims for travelers.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service tools, new customer needs, and website/App value proposition.
  • Liaise with other departments and support them.
Qualifications
  • Native‑level Portuguese and fluent Spanish.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Remote Customer Care in Travel & Insurance industry).
  • Ability to multitask across email, chat, and voice.
  • Medium level computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and non‑verbal.
  • Friendly, helpful, and willing to assist others.
  • Ability to cope in a fast‑paced job environment and solve problems efficiently.
Schedule

Full Time, 37.5‑hour work week from Friday to Tuesday (with Wednesday and Thursday off). This schedule can be semi‑flexible, but the position requires working from Friday to Monday at a minimum. 100% Remote.

Eligibility

We can only consider Spanish residents with the necessary documentation to legally work in the country.
