In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its capabilities in delivery leadership. As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). The VP Delivery strategically oversees 700+ people with a focus on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategy, supervising a large engineering organization, performance and financial management, contributing to sales and account growth. The role reports to the C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).

Responsibilities:

Lead Delivery Organization:

• Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients
• Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality
• Explore and adopt new technologies to drive innovation
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Partner with Key Clients and Support Business Development:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for successful project delivery
• Support top-priority pre-sales activities, providing guidance to the team
• Work with sales and marketing to develop and execute segment strategies

Drive Technology Innovation:

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application
• Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with company goals
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, in a large outsourcing company (3000+ employees)
• Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people
• Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile expertise
• Deep knowledge of modern software engineering practices; experience as solution architect is a plus
• Understanding of Digital business and IT landscape
• Entrepreneurial and visionary mindset with leadership skills
• Strategic planning and execution experience
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile
• Understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures and governance
• Experience with business development and presale management
• Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility
• MSc or PhD in a relevant engineering field; MBA is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
