Reports to : Multimedia Marketing Manager & Strategic Content Program Lead

Purpose

Lead the ideation and creation of short-form, social-first video content using innovative formats and AI-enhanced tools. Brings creative, platform-native thinking into the video team to elevate University digital presence and audience engagement.

Scope of Responsibility

• Develop and produce short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Ideate, storyboard, and edit content optimized for social performance and storytelling.
• Apply AI tools (Runway, Synthesia, Pika, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance production agility and experimentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Social Media, Narrative, Design) and external providers when needed.
• Contribute to wider brand video initiatives, while maintaining a clear focus on social content innovation.

Requirements : Requisitos

• 3–5 years of experience in video production with a focus on social media.
• Strong creative and editing skills; up to date with digital content trends.
• Proficient in AI-based content tools and video editing software.
