A leading tourism company seeks individuals for the TUI Kids or Baby Club Host role in Bilbao. This position requires a recognized childcare qualification and experience in engaging with children. Responsibilities include creating exciting programs and ensuring high childcare standards. This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals who live, and have the right to work in Spain, during Summer 2025. If you speak English, and either German or Dutch, and are free to work from March/April, keep reading!

  • Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

ABOUT YOU
  • You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians.
  • For this position, a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory.
  • You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You are fully conversational in English, any additional languages are beneficial.
ABOUT THE JOB
  • Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
  • Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.
