A leading fintech company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business with large enterprise accounts. Your role will involve building a network of enterprise customers, managing sales forecasts, and mentoring sales teams. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a strong record of negotiating with C-level executives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Formación

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast-paced B2B SaaS enterprise.
  • Proven track record of selling software, SaaS, and/or web services to large enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable negotiating with senior executives (C-level).

We’re looking for a fierce Enterprise Sales Executive to take Revolut’s latest offerings to businesses and relentlessly focus on acquisitions of key enterprise accounts, while developing Revolut’s commercial footprint in the EU market.

Responsibilities
  • Build a solid network of enterprise customers and open doors to generate revenue across Revolut’s solutions (with Account Executives support).
  • Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieving goals on a quarterly basis, and mentor sales executives on strategies to reach their goals.
  • Support ongoing growth and development, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring reps.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development within a fast‑paced B2B SaaS enterprise.
  • A proven track record of selling software, SaaS, and/or web services to large enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable negotiating with senior executives (C-level).
  • Readiness to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementation.
  • Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events, where local policies and guidelines permit.
  • Exceptional cross‑functional project management skills.
