We seek to incorporate agents to the International team of (Travel) Customer Service located in Barcelona. If you enjoy working in an international, teamwork-oriented, and fast-changing environment, join the Travel Customer Service team.

How will your day-to-day look with us?

The Travel Customer Service Specialist implements the necessary means for the service and coordinates assistance operations, offering the best solutions to our clients by mobilizing networks and teams of experts. They find focused solutions for clients with a strong digital orientation.

The main tasks are:

  1. To know in detail the different types of policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
  2. Advise and guide customers towards appropriate solutions for their cases, providing rapid and tailored customer care in line with their policy coverage.
  3. Handle different customer types confidently, regardless of their status, culture, or behavior.
  4. Coordinate all necessary actions to resolve client requests: manage international calls and emails, document actions in our system, organize appropriate responses, and ensure case closure.
  5. Encourage close cooperation between operations and internal teams by providing clear case management plans and explaining client situations as required.
  6. Advise on medical claims decisions when necessary, contributing to safe, cost-effective service delivery.
  7. Promote excellent communication across all job interfaces.
  8. Ensure all protocols for delivering world-class customer service are current, compliant with regulations, and followed.
