Job Description

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Main mission :
  • Structure Transport and Logistic Panel within Europe perimeter, assuring the global productivity.
Main responsibilities :
  • Structure and define Transport and Logistic Panel within Europe perimeter, according Group criteria given them a status.
  • Define the Purchasing strategy by Taxonomy in coordination with the Taxonomy Leaders.
  • Contribute to implement transport productivities in X-BG Europe perimeter.
  • Supplier plan optimization follow up.
  • Manage global productivity of the panel. Supplier Performance ratio in each Taxonomy.
  • Define and develop tools to improve the global productivity with the suppliers.
  • Direct involvement in the identification of transport synergies and cost / inventory reduction actions together with PC&L organization.
  • Control and validate billing process with carriers for all European sites.
  • Negotiate and apply Frame work agreements and General agreements with suppliers.
  • Assure the budget achievement following defined policies by Region and by BG.
  • Assure a robust Panel according with the present and future needs Supply chain (Program) and PC&L (Serial).
  • Organize and define the calendars TIP to manage VA / VE workshops in coordination with PC&L and T&L regional team per BG.
  • Mandatory documentation follow-up (GPC, QAA, SRM, Ecovadis, D&B, risk assessment).
  • PR / PO approval outside TEO in coordination with T&L regional team and PC&L organization.
  • Consolidate and follow up Overdues management (VIM). Standardize process for each BG.
  • Consolidate One offs based in volume and Frame agreement management.
  • Contract signature follow-up (Framework Agreement).
  • New supplier creation administration / MDM updating with new PT&C.
  • Acquisition Matrix for Programs coodination with Costing department and Transport Cost Model.
  • Spend reporting at taxonomy level : To get full control of the Spends managed with each supplier in each sub-segment. Quarterly report.
  • Financial Monthly reviews attendance and PAP management + follow up by BG.
  • Monitor to the Regional Transport Commodity results contribution.
  • Coordinate the Advance Productivities in Programs. Support to Costing department to fix the standard target prices.
  • SNCs attendance to coordinate business allocation in Target Panel.
  • EU PC&L-T&L Alignment meeting by BG. (Bi-weekly).
  • Attendance to the Routine suppliers meetings for the main suppliers in the Panel. (Bi-monthly).
  • Consolidate the monitoring with CBAUs controllers according PAP implemented action.
  • Investigate and deploy Innovations coming from the market like more efficient vehicles, changing to EV / Hydrogen, autonomous driving.
  • Raw material evolution and Standard Indexation application in the Price lists.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications :
  • Education : Bachelor's or Master`s Degree (Industrial Engineering).
  • Experience in automotive industry-logistics.
  • Knowledge of MS Office. English language mandatory.
  • Precision, punctuality, objective focused. Interpersonal relations, reliability, team player. Ability to plan and organise in short / Mid term.

  • Autonomy and capability to quick decisions taking in regard do day to day transport management topics and emergencies.
  • Good communication skills (relationship with serial buyers and suppliers.
  • Teamwork spirit (capability to manage workshops with Serial buyers and PC&L).
  • Dynamic and capable to work under stress conditions.
  • Capability to anticipate problems and reactivity to elevate them when necessary.
  • Understanding of the transport impact on Faurecia's industrial scene and its Supply Chain context.
