A leading tyre service company in Sevilla seeks a dedicated technician to perform all technical services related to tyre maintenance. You will carry out tasks in compliance with safety standards, identify additional services, and maintain strong relationships with customers. Formación

• Experience in tyre maintenance and repair services.
• Ability to ensure safety standards and work compliance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all technical services required for tyre maintenance.
• Identify additional technical services and intervene on vehicles.
• Complete Master Check and pass on information.
• Contribute to a good work environment and safety measures.
• Handle daily administration connected to the service.

Descripción del empleo

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Carry out all technical services required for tyre maintenance, in compliance with work standards and safety instructions defined for the activity (wearing mandatory equipment, etc.).
• Identify additional technical services (additional sales) to be carried out and intervene on the vehicle.
• Complete Master Check and pass on information.
• Contribute to the work environment and participate in the implementation of the measures needed to achieve a good, healthy and safe work environment.
• Dailay operational tasks connected to the service center - on site and off site
• Handle daily administration connected to the service
• Ensure a direct and commercial relationship with the customer.
• Contribute to the sale of services and / or products (keep informed of current promotional campaigns and product knowledge).
• Together with the manager and the team contribute to the development of the service center.
