A leading filtration solutions firm is seeking a Territory Manager in Madrid to drive their industrial filtration business. The successful candidate will manage sales across Central Spain, retain existing clients, and prospect for new accounts. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5-10 years of B2B sales experience are required. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, and the role involves travel up to 60%. The position offers autonomy and strong support.

Donaldson is looking for a Territory Manager in Madrid to grow our industrial filtration business in central Spain. This strategic role offers real autonomy strong support and the opportunity to work with innovative technological solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial processes and technical sales along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Energy Electromechanics or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales of filtration solutions (dust and fume) across Central Spain (Madrid Guadalajara Zaragoza Teruel Cuenca Toledo Ciudad Real Caceres and Badajoz).
  • Grow revenue in line with Donaldsons commercial strategy.
  • Retain existing customer portfolio and actively prospect new accounts.
  • Identify specific customer needs and propose the most suitable technical solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering technical support subcontractors).
  • Manage customer projects from sale to commissioning.
  • Capture opportunities and track activities in the CRM for reliable sales forecasting.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting on performance and field insights.
  • Promote Donaldsons image and technology to industrial clients.
  • Actively contribute to expanding our market presence in new sectors.
Travel

Up to 60% (approx. 3 days per week)

Minimum qualifications
  • Degree or higher education in mechanical engineering energy electromechanics or equivalent.
  • Commercial experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in direct B2B sales in an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

  • Knowledge of the filtration or industrial environment sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomy rigor and organizational skills in a home office setting.
  • Customer-oriented with strong adaptability.
  • Team spirit and willingness to engage in an international environment.
