Osmosys Ibiza Job Offer – Installer & Maintenance Technician

Osmosys Ibiza, the leading water filtration company in the Balearic Islands, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our growing team. We provide the island with clean drinking water and are dedicated to reducing the environmental impact of single-use plastic bottles.

We are looking for an autónomo (self-employed) worker to begin with, with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of our team in the near future as the company expands.

Role & Responsibilities

As an installer and service technician for water filter systems, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing new Osmosys reverse osmosis systems in homes and businesses.
• Servicing and maintaining our existing fleet of over 700 units across Ibiza.
• Proveer servicio oportuno y puntual a los clientes.
• Using power tools and hand tools effectively (drills, hammer drills, etc.).
• Performing basic plumbing work (full training & manuals will be provided).
• Being physically fit and flexible enough to work under kitchen sinks.
• Driving a company van to customer locations (valid Spanish driver’s license required).

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in Spain.
• Ability to work as an autónomo (self-employed) – this is essential.
• Basic plumbing knowledge and comfort using tools.
• Prior experience in plumbing or light electrical work is an advantage (though full training is given).
• Permiso de trabajo válido para España
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Working Conditions

• Guaranteed minimum of 3 days per week (24 hours total).
• Additional days and hours available if wanted or required.
• Workdays typically begin at 9 AM (material pickup & van prep) and finish around 5:30 PM (van drop-off & tool organization).
• Work is exclusively based in Ibiza.
• A company van, uniform, and tools are provided.

Compensation

• €22.50 per hour (net).
• This rate is paid without IVA or additional social security contributions (you must invoice us as autónomo).
• Additional bonuses: €25 per client sign-up that you bring in.
• Opportunity to grow into a permanent, contracted role in the near future as Osmosys continues to expand.
