Une organisation dédiée à l'action sociale à Barcelone recherche un TÈCNIC / A SUPERIOR DE PROJECTES pour assurer le support au département des services généraux. Formación

• Diplôme ou expérience équivalente en construction, électricité, mécanique.
• Expérience en maintenance générale.
• Connaissances de base du catalan et de l'espagnol.

Responsabilidades

• Assister le département des services généraux avec la maintenance.
• Effectuer des réparations sous supervision en plomberie et électricité.
• Soutenir les activités logistiques comme le transport et le nettoyage.

TÈCNIC / A SUPERIOR DE PROJECTES - AUXILIAR AL DEPARTAMENT DE SERVEIS GENERALS

Job Overview : Support the Department of General Services by performing maintenance, repairs, and logistical tasks. Collaborate with the team to ensure the proper functioning of facilities.

Requirements :

• Valuable studies related to construction, civil works, electricity, electronics, mechanics, wood, and furniture, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in general building and installation maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, or related tasks.
• Polivalency and ability to perform various tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Catalan and Spanish.
• Experience supporting maintenance and repair tasks under supervision.
• Availability for a full-time 40-hour workweek.
• Legal requirement : Possession of a Criminal Background Certificate for sexual offenses.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Services Department with maintenance, repair, and logistical support.
• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting under supervision.
• Support logistics activities such as donations, material transport, loading / unloading, and cleaning.
• Participate in improving and maintaining facilities.
• Identify maintenance needs in socio-educational spaces.
• Salary : €1,925.02 gross per month.
• Contract : One-year contract, subject to grant funding.
