Join our Global Program Management team as Program Management Analyst in our headquarters office in Madrid. We are looking for a Program Management Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs.

Program Performance & Data Analysis

Analyze program data, identify trends, predict outcomes, and develop dashboards to track KPIs and portfolio performance. Support financial forecasting and budget tracking.

Data Integrity

Ensure accuracy and consistency of program data across systems like SAP and Jira.

Strategic Analysis

Conduct deep‑Dive analyses to identify risks and variances, providing actionable recommendations to program leaders.

Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Assist program managers with administrative tasks, manage databases, and support new program rollouts.
• Implement tools and methodologies to enhance productivity, identify inefficiencies, and drive data‑based improvements.

Financial Oversight & Budgeting

Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking to ensure alignment with program goals.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (R&D, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) to align KPIs and ensure transparency.

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative spirit to help drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Fluency in English

Experience

5+ years in program / project analytics, business intelligence, or PMO roles.

Budget management and financial analysis.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strategic thinker who understands how data drives business decisions.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands‑on experience with SAP, Power BI, and Jira.

Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI, PMP, Agile is a plus).
