Las tareas incluyen la redacción de guías y artículos, revisión de textos y colaboración con diversos equipos. Formación

• Aptitudes relevantes en creación y edición de documentos técnicos.
• Capacidad para realizar investigación en profundidad sobre temas complejos.
• Ejemplos públicos de manuales de usuario son un plus.

Responsabilidades

• Redacción de artículos y guías según el marco Diataxis.
• Revisar textos elaborados por otros redactores técnicos.
• Colaborar con equipos de Formación, Ingeniería, y Desarrollo para asegurar la precisión técnica.

Conocimientos

Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

Experiencia con el lenguaje de marcado Markdown

Mentalidad analítica y atención al detalle

Comprensión práctica de una metodología de desarrollo de software

Conocimientos básicos en principios de UI/UX

Dominio de la suite de Google Docs

Experiencia usando Git

Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel C1 o superior

Conocimientos sólidos en informática y/o ciberseguridad

Writing articles for the

Explanations

and

How-to guides

sections according to the Diataxis framework.

Proofreading texts prepared by other technical writers.

Liaising with Training, Engineering, and Development teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of documentation.

Participating in user experience analysis and assisting in drafting in-product interface texts.

Creating flowcharts illustrating installation processes and service operations.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Markdown markup language.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Practical understanding of at least one software development methodology.
• Basic understanding of UI / UX principles.
• Proficiency in Google Docs office suite.
• Experience using Git : creating branches, resolving conflicts, working with merge requests.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Solid knowledge in computer science and / or cybersecurity.

Additional requirements

• Availability of public examples of user manuals and how-to guides is a plus.
• Understanding of basic principles of information security.
• Ability to work with graphic editors (e.g., Figma, ) for creating and editing images and diagrams.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical documentation and conduct in-depth research.
• Strong skills in information structuring and high standards for text quality (e.g., intolerance to typos).
• Experience with tools such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and AI-assisted tools.
