A software solutions company in Spain is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to diagnose and resolve internal software issues. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in monitoring production environments. You will work closely with various teams and help desk associates to ensure seamless operations. Excellent documentation and communication skills are required for this role.
The Role We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to research and diagnose internal software system issues and requests. You will be part of a multi-functional team working closely with individuals and teams, including Product Owners, Software and Data Developers, Dev Managers, and Account Managers. You will also work directly with Help Desk associates to triage issues and resolve in a production environment. Daily work items are communicated via an internal ticketing system to determine work queues and provide documentation and workflow. When issue or request resolutions are not readily available, or are more complex in nature or scope, you will pivot to research, document, communicate, and work with software developers towards a final resolution.
