A leading service provider in customer support is seeking Technical Support and Customer Service Representatives in Madrid. Provide top-notch customer service in Portuguese, English, and Spanish via phone and email to clients of a renowned luxury car brand.
On-the-job training included in your contract.
ASAP
Full-time contract (39 hours) with a schedule from 10 am to 7 pm.
Monday to Friday schedule
Hybrid modality
: On-site for 3 days (at the client’s offices in Madrid) and work from home for 2 days per week.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese.
Advanced skills in English and Spanish.
Experience in technical support, preferably within the technology sector due to the specific terminology used (automotive experience is not required).
Experience with social media is a plus.
