A technology company in Spain is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in technical support, be proficient in English, and have solid knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting. This role includes assisting with hardware installations and resolving technical issues, as well as maintaining documentation and system monitoring.
Formación
At least 3 years of technical support or IT operations experience.
Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and data formats.
Proficiency with ticketing tools.

Contribute to the testing and deployment of new tools or updates.
Maintain technical documentation and assist with system monitoring.
Specific Expertise
Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and data formats (XML, API, etc.).
At least 3 years of technical support or IT operations experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
