Overview

Join our Barcelona Team! We are looking for a teleoperator to provide technical support for a leading company in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.

What we offer

• Training: 5-week training starting September 15th, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Paid training: €1,415 gross/month.
• Contract: Permanent, 39 hours/week
• Salary: Up to €25,000 gross/year (39h/week)
• Working Hours: Availability required between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Work Mode: On-site training and work
• Location: C/ Sancho de Ávila 105, Barcelona
• Based on performance, remote work possible after 6 months

What we are looking for

• Native or C2 level of Dutch
• High English level (C1–B2 min.)
• Preferably background or experience in electricity (technical profile)
• Technical associate degree or equivalent education required
• Electro-technical qualification preferred
• Higher Electric Technical Vocational Certificate (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of math concepts, including graphs
• Interest in PV/Solar technology and systems (inverters, modules, storage, monitoring, e-mobility, etc.)
