El enfoque estará en la recopilación y el análisis de datos para informar decisiones estratégicas. Se requiere más de 8 años de experiencia en adquisición de talento y fortaleza en herramientas de datos como Excel y Power BI. El puesto se ofrece en modalidad híbrida, con tres días en la oficina en Madrid, y es ideal para quienes tienen habilidades de gestión de stakeholders y fluidez en inglés.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary : 70,000–€75,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits | Full-time

Introduction

We’re seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on data‑driven recruitment, reporting, and dashboard visibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a distributed Talent Acquisition team across Madrid and Kuala Lumpur.
• Oversee global hiring operations with a clear emphasis on data accuracy, reporting quality, and actionable insights.
• Build and maintain recruitment dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision‑making.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers, presenting insights and updates that influence hiring outcomes.
• Support the optimisation of the team’s ATS (preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud) and associated BI tools.
• Ensure consistent global processes and alignment across regions.
• This position does not focus on managing full recruitment cycles but rather on overseeing performance, reporting, and the effectiveness of recruiting operations globally.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain global recruitment dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Provide clear, data‑backed insights to senior leadership and hiring managers.
• Ensure high‑quality data integrity across systems including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Excel, and Power BI.
• Monitor global TA performance, identifying trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to global TA strategy, process improvements, and operational excellence.

Calificaciones

• 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2‑4 years leading global or distributed teams.
• Proficient with data tools including Excel and Power BI; experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or another enterprise ATS is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data clearly and persuasively.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Confidence managing dashboards, reports, and recruitment metrics at a global level.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and presenting insights to hiring managers.
