What you will do :
- Lead a team of business recruiters.
- Responsible for delivering the hiring OKRs for all functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Customer Care and Community, Tech) through strategy and work plans.
- Keep the deadlines for hiring and ensure the hiring of first‑class specialists to Impress.
- Recruit for executive level positions.
- Supply solutions to real‑time blockers and challenges for the team.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, C‑level).
- Grow and develop team members and manage the performance evolution and increase their impact.
- Take the business recruitment team to the next level by implementing "best practices", innovating, automating and improving processes.
- Review recruitment solutions to deal with peaks.
- Train the team on best in class recruitment practices.
- Ensure the deliver of quality hires and 7 star experience for hiring managers and candidates.
- Lead, design and deliver on People Team projects as required.
- Build and develop a team that is a true business partner and not just a service ready for hypergrowth.
What we expect from you :
- Experience working to a range of performance metrics
- People leadership experience
- Experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruitment team
- Experience developing recruitment and sourcing hiring plans and building data driven recruiting reports
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self‑sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and selection criteria and strategies, with experience of online sourcing techniques.
- Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
