What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a System Engineer in the Corporate IT Services team you will be in charge of:

  • Provide Level 2 support for end users focusing on identity management issues
  • Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities
  • Provide technical information, analysis and recommendations to leadership
  • Analyze and tune system performance, capacity and functionality of complex systems
  • Review methods and procedures to ensure data integrity, protection and security standards.

This area is responsible for all user management support, starters and leavers process, credential and access management, as well as the daily operations and develop/evolve the UM service, implement initiatives to improve service, end to end responsibility of the full stack, based on defined KPIs and SLAs.

  • Higher vocational training
  • Minimum experience of at least 2 years in Service Desk
  • High level of spoken and written English, it is the language of communication of our customers
  • Technical IT background
  • Experience on user management technical skills
  • Knowledge of identity management technologies
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical information
  • Good time management skills to meet users’ needs and problems.
  • Passion for technology
  • Experience on automation and coding
  • Knowledge of Sailpoint identity and access management technology
