What youll be doing
  • Engage with prospective and existing Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email and chat, to identify needs and close sales
  • Present solutions clearly and confidently, tailoring offers to each customers situation
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (customer-support, marketing, product) to ensure smooth hand-over and positive customer experience
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and contribute ideas to improve sales processes
What were looking for
  • Native or fluent Swedish (C1+) and strong English
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to build rapport
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage (but strong motivation and drive count too)
  • Target-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic team while also being independent
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM systems, handling calls, emails and tracking sales activity
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit is mandatory
