Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
  • Provide detailed information about available content, subscription options, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with account management, including sign-ups, cancellations, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical support and content teams to provide comprehensive assistance to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in streaming services and content offerings to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector, is desirable.
