What You'll Do:
  • Assist Customers: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, ensuring efficient and effective responses.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions in our call management system, adhering to agreed SLAs for timely resolutions.
  • Stay Updated: Keep your knowledge current on our products and services tailored to customer needs.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Collaborate: Work with your team on special projects and provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage holiday, sickness, and overtime records while participating in team meetings.
What We're Looking For:
  • Language Skills: C2/fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written, with a good level of English (minimum B2).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and music/audiovisual products.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with excellent listening abilities and the capacity to address customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to own customer calls, resolve issues, or escalate when necessary.
