Overview

Your mission :

To act as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the BRIUMVI Business Unit Head and Brand team. This role combines strategic operations leadership with ownership of commercial, epidemiological, and financial forecasting models, ensuring alignment of priorities, flawless execution, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires outstanding analytical skills, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to translate market, epidemiological, and commercial insights into robust scenarios and actionable strategies. This is a pivotal role for BRIUMVI, the company’s most strategic growth driver, with significant visibility to senior leadership and opportunities for professional growth.

Your major accountabilities :

Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • Partner with BU Head and Brand team to align priorities and ensure effective execution across functions.
  • Serve as a central bridge between the Business Unit leadership, Finance, Brand team, affiliates, and external analytics partners.
  • Support affiliates in execution, ensuring seamless communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Commercial, Epidemiological & Financial Modelling
  • Take full ownership and accountability of the commercial model, epidemiological model (EpiModel), and financial forecasting & monitoring frameworks for BRIUMVI.
  • Develop, update, and continuously refine sales and competitiveness forecasts, ensuring consistency and accuracy across scenarios in alignment with the cross functional Briumvi Team
  • Support in Translating market insights, epidemiological data, and strategic assumptions into robust business cases and predictive commercials models.
  • Provide scenario analysis and strategic input to support decision-making, investment prioritization, and long-term planning.
  • Ensure all models and reporting tools are fully aligned with BRIUMVI’s branding, strategic positioning, and financial expectations.
  • Support to BUH and brand team in analysis and conclusions to drive decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Finance, Brand team, affiliates, and external vendors (e.g., Business Analytics partners) to align forecasts with strategic priorities.
  • Guarantee high-quality analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial modelling, financial forecasting, or epidemiology-driven market models, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills (expert level : formulas, pivot tables, scenario modelling; VBA / macros a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning software, commercial analytics platforms, and ERP systems (SAP, Lucanet preferred).
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Finance, Marketing / Branding, Business Units, and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an asset.
  • Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver high-impact insights.
  • Quick learning curve and MS business understanding
