Job Description:
To increase our global expansion and brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Strategic Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week, to start immediately or as soon as possible.
This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage, and develop a strong network of Telcos, MSSPs, and Tier 1 partners across Spain, focusing on strategic players like Telefónica, Orange, and other key telecommunications providers.
- Oversee onboarding of new partners and build long-term, successful relationships.
- Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions, including product training, ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure strategic and commercial development.
- Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and enhance brand presence.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and develop strategies to meet business targets in Spain.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams; externally, act as a key contact representing the company professionally.
- Update CRM with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs, Tier 1 Partners, or other leading Telcos are strong assets.
Your Profile:
- Solid IT knowledge, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services, gained through academic background or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued.
- Relevant experience managing strategic partners such as Telefónica, Orange, MSSPs in Spain, with a track record of strategic and economic development.
- Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of business days; comfortable presenting and promoting solutions during meetings and negotiations.
- Dynamic personality, thriving in fast-paced, international environments.
- At least B2 level English proficiency, spoken and written.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic about working in a growing cybersecurity company with a strong market presence.
