A leading firm in water treatment is seeking a Sales professional to drive growth targets within the municipal sector in the Región de Murcia. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process, develop a client pipeline, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure targets are met. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, significant sales experience, and expertise in water treatment markets. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required.

Formación

  • Experience in membrane markets, UF&MBR, RO&ED.
  • Travel required for customer proximity, 25% visits/month.
  • Experience in the water treatment industry and large customer network.

Responsabilidades

  • Implement the annual Strategic Sales Plan for targets.
  • Manage sales process for clients and distributors.
  • Develop pipeline for Projects and Replacement Opportunities.
  • Conduct contract risk assessments and mitigate risks.
  • Provide accurate sales and revenue forecasts monthly.

Conocimientos

Water Tech portfolio comprehension
Exceptional communication and negotiating capabilities
Self-efficient and motivated
Customer and results oriented
Advanced level of English

Educación

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Sales experience and client relationship B2B > 10 years
