This role involves providing legal support for retail and dealer operations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance concerning Spanish consumer credit laws. Ideal candidates should have established legal experience in the financial services sector and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English. Formación

• Established experience post qualification, ideally within banking, financial services or automotive finance.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit and insurance distribution regulations.
• Familiarity with AML, data protection and regulatory reporting obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal support to retail and dealer operations.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements and contracts.
• Advise on credit bureau reporting and banking transparency.
• Manage customer complaints and litigation.
• Review advertising and marketing materials for compliance.
