A luxury fashion brand is looking for a Store Manager to join their store in Malaga, Spain. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the store, drive sales performance, and build a high-performing team committed to excellent customer service. Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting performance reviews, and developing strategic plans to achieve long-term goals. Take ownership of your store with an entrepreneurial spirit, developing and sharing your store vision and being accountable for results

Play an active role in supporting your team on the sales floor, to drive individual and team objectives

Design, lead and drive store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and key performance indicators, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360°experience for the client

Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within the team, and also take action to solve problems with positive outcomes

Coach the growth and development of the team in providing excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of Ferragamo standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures etc.)

Conduct regular reviews with the team including department managers to increase team performance and further develop their skills

Keep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals

Languages :

Proficiency in Spanish and English, more languages will be advantageous.
