Formación

• 7+ years in digital product strategy or related roles.
• Proven success shaping user journeys with measurable outcomes.
• Strong track record in donor/customer engagement contexts.

• Shape and champion the Sponsor Experience vision and strategy.
• Develop clear, future-focused vision for digital engagement.
• Drive collaboration with Support Offices for aligned goals.
