  • Assist customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement in service processes and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and at least one additional language (English, Italian, French, etc.), both written and spoken.
