A leading fitness company is seeking a Solution Key Account in Barcelona to focus on new business development and account management for luxury hotels and residentials. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, a degree in Business Administration or a related field, and fluency in both Spanish and English. Formación

Your Role

We are looking for a Solution Key Account in Barcelona for our Hotels & Residentials business segment, who will have a key focus on new business development and account management for Luxury Hotels and Residentials in the assigned area, enhancing relationships with our clients and managing a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Your Impact
  • Develop business opportunities and the market potential.
  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved.
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code.
About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive. You have a positive and proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and are used to working in a fast-paced environment.

What you should bring:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience as a Solution Key Account or in a similar role.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
  • Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
