We are inviting applications for the role of Business Consultant, Supply Chain Consulting - Senior Consultant - English.

In this role, the Senior Consultant will lead complex client engagements and drive value across end-to-end supply chain operations. This requires a proven leader with deep supply chain expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders. The role involves shaping solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enable growth for our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Lead strategic supply chain assessments and transformation projects across multiple industries.
2. Analyze supply chain performance data and identify optimization opportunities in procurement, logistics, planning, inventory management, and manufacturing.
3. Design and implement data-driven solutions using best practices in supply chain modeling, forecasting, and network optimization.
4. Advise clients on digital supply chain initiatives, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced planning systems, AI/ML integration, and automation technologies.
5. Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with internal and client teams for successful project delivery.
6. Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and executive-level presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting supply chain operations.
8. Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos.
9. Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategies, and performance optimization.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in supply chain consulting, operations strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading supply chain transformation or optimization projects.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and supply chain planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP IBP).
• Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, S&OP, inventory management, logistics optimization, and supply chain risk management.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with global supply chain networks and multinational teams.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Certification in Kinaxis Contributor 1 and 2, and Author 1
• Knowledge of Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management.
• Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing or thought leadership.
