An established industry player is seeking experienced Sales Team Leads for their new hub in Barcelona. Your Remote Tech Recruiter is engaged with a leading Software Consultancy who are looking to recruit experienced Software Sales professionals into their growing hub in Barcelona, Spain. These roles are part of a large-scale recruitment drive, are all new headcount (i.e. you aren't replacing somebody!) and will form a key part of their strategy in Spain.
The organisation in question are global, operating across a range of verticals in key technology areas including AI, Cloud, Data, Digital and Engineering. They're also people-driven, with a reputation for prioritising company culture and a commitment to people development and DE&I.
In terms of these roles, they're essentially looking for experienced Sales Team Leads to join their new Barcelona-based hub. Each Sales Team Lead will be in charge of 10-15 Sales Account Managers, with a range of responsibilities including people management, strategy, relationship management, KPI analysis and target setting.
Simply put, you'll be expected to take ownership of quotas, drive performance and generate revenue.
In return, you'll be given the opportunity to take up a key strategic role within their Spanish expansion, with a base salary up to €78k (plus up to €52k commission), and an expected OTE of up to €130k. Commission is uncapped, so over-performance will be recognised.
Applicants will be required to be on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week (this is NOT a fully remote role), but they do operate a hybrid working model with home working included.
