Role

Social Media Project Manager to join Socialmood and lead a project with IE University. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional with a solid background in project management.

What will your mission be?

Lead and coordinate Social Media projects across IE University's schools, aligning strategies with unique brand objectives and stakeholder interests.

What is the team like?

You will be part of the Socialmood team, and you'll join the Project Management and Social Media Team for a project with IE University. Our team has specialized knowledge in various areas of digital marketing: Social Media & Content Creation, Design & Creativity, or Project Management.

How will you do it?

• Develop and lead digital marketing and social media strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project execution.

What do we ask from you?

• Advanced English speaker or native-level proficiency (mandatory).
• Experience in a marketing agency or a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus.
• 3 years of experience with a strong focus on project management.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and performance analytics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client and team relationships effectively.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Proactive, adaptable, and innovative, with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with marketing and project management tools.
