We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience, capable of planning and managing social media profiles and content that help drive the value of Social Media within our clients’ ecosystems, contributing to brand objectives.
An executive and committed profile, with strong client orientation, high planning and organizational skills, and a full-funnel social media mindset. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of platforms, storytelling, audiences, and social trends.
Lead client communication related to Social Media, participating in strategic meetings and in the presentation of proposals and results.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to develop strategies and content with a cross-functional Social Media vision.
Execute Social Media strategies aligned with client objectives, integrating paid media and influencer marketing.
Plan and coordinate content production for multiple social platforms, including the management, organization, and supervision of social media shoots.
Support the creative team with strategic and technical recommendations (formats, brand tone, trends, etc.).
Identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports with key learnings.
Supervise and guide Community Managers and other team members to ensure campaign cohesion and effectiveness, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Work closely with other departments, both internal and client-side, to ensure brand strategy consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate on pitch proposals.
Proven experience of more than 3 years as a Social Media Manager; team management experience is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of social media and digital trends: platforms, industry, audiences, storytelling, and behaviors.
Excellent communication skills with a strong client-focused approach.
Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. Strong knowledge of analytics and management tools; experience with Emplifi is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and strategic project vision.
Creative, aesthetic, and visual sensitivity.
C1 level of English will be valued by Talent Team.
Knowledge of AI tools will be valued.
