The Role We're looking for a Social Media Creative Lead to strategically create, curate, and manage social media content calendars that elevate our client portfolio. Based in our Barcelona office, you'll be the creative architect behind comprehensive content planning—transforming brand strategies into cohesive, content experiences that capture attention and drive connection. This role centers on content calendar mastery with hands-on creative execution. You'll orchestrate the entire content lifecycle from strategic planning through final delivery, working collaboratively with creative teams to bring your calendar vision to life. What You'll Do Create and manage comprehensive social media content calendars for multiple hospitality clients, including :
Strategic content planning and scheduling across all platforms Editorial calendar development aligned with brand objectives and seasonal campaigns Content theme curation and visual narrative planning Execute the creative production that brings calendars to life through :
Video editing and motion graphics Post design and layout Feed curation and visual storytelling Develop multimedia creative strategies that amplify brand voice and aesthetics within planned calendar frameworks Collaborate with content producers and creative teams to ensure captured content aligns with calendar objectives and translates into scheduled final assets Work closely with social media creatives and freelance video editors to execute calendar deliverables Maintain brand consistency across feeds while executing planned content schedules Stay ahead of social media trends to continuously optimize calendar strategies and keep planned content fresh and relevant Partner closely with the marketing team to align content calendars with campaign goals and performance insights What We're Looking For 5 years of experience in social media creative roles with demonstrated content calendar management, ideally in an agency or brand environment Expert in video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) and strong proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma) Proven track record of creating and executing strategic content calendars across multiple brands or clients A refined sense of visual storytelling and feed composition with strong planning and organizational skills Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with creative teams Strong understanding of platform-specific creative best practices and scheduling requirements (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) Comfortable balancing strategic calendar planning with hands-on creative execution Experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands is a plus Fluent in English Benefits :
