Formación

  • Fluent in English, experience in Social Media Analytics (4+ years).

Purpose :

We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Analyst with a focus on Social Listening for our main client SEAT S.A. Someone who lives and breathes social media, possesses a high level of experience with analytics tools, and can transform data into insights.

Responsibilities :
  1. Monitor daily brand conversations to detect reputational crises, trends, and create competitor benchmarks.
  2. Create the corporate, crisis, or trend reports periodically.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to turn data into insights, detect trends, and provide recommendations to improve brand content. React to reputational crises and create real-time reports.
  4. Create and present reports to the client in English and Spanish.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to share trends, results, and make social media recommendations.
Qualifications
Requirements :
  1. Fluent English is required, as this is a global account.
  2. Proven experience in Social Media Analytics of at least 4 years. Experience in the automobile sector is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of analytics tools such as BrandWatch, TalkWalker, Meltwater, or Sprinklr, especially for creating listening reports. Knowledge of Meltwater is a plus.
  4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of Power Query and Power BI.
