A leading global food and beverage company in Madrid is seeking a Snacks Culinary Marketing Graduate to support their marketing strategy for Snacks brands. You will work on marketing plans, innovation projects, and activation strategies within the Away From Home channel. We're looking for a motivated student with strong analytical skills and creativity. This is a full-time, 12-month position with a hybrid working model.

Formación

  • 6-12 months experience in Marketing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Trade Marketing preferred.
  • Availability for a 12-month full-time commitment.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the development of marketing plans for Snacks in the Away From Home channel.
  • Assist in the development and launch of AFH innovation projects.
  • Support AFH marketing activation, including communication campaigns.
  • Lead monthly performance and sales reports for Snacks in AFH.
  • Manage daily budget controls.

Your mission :

You will support the expansion of our Snacks brands (Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Ruffles, etc.) beyond traditional snacking occasions by developing marketing plans and disruptive innovation projects.

This is a 12-month full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks include :

  • Supporting the development of marketing plans for Snacks in the Away From Home (AFH) channel.
  • Assisting in the development and launch of AFH innovation projects, including new products, recipes, and client collaborations.
  • Supporting AFH marketing activation, including communication campaigns and promotional materials for point of sale.
  • Leading monthly performance and sales reports for Snacks in AFH (using Nielsen, Kantar, Sales BI data).
  • Managing daily budget controls.

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed :

  • Student of ADE, Business, Marketing, or related Master/Postgraduate degree.
  • 6-12 months experience in Marketing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Trade Marketing (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Creative, innovative, and disruptive thinking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
  • Availability for a 12-month full-time commitment.
