A leading engineering and construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager with over 15 years of experience, including 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will manage construction activities and maintain client relations. Must possess a BSc in Engineering and be willing to travel worldwide. Excellent English skills are required, Spanish is an advantage.

Formación

• Proven experience as Site Manager with more than 15 years in total, at least 5 in Oil&Gas.
• Experience in Ethane Cracker projects.
• Relevant experience in EPC LSTK projects.
• Willingness to travel globally, especially to the Middle East.
• Possibility to be expatriated to Kazakhstan.

We are looking for a Site Manager :

Tasks

• He / She is responsible for the overall construction management and installation activities, including all control procedures.
• He / She reports to Project Manager.
• He / She is the prime TR contact at site and the rest of management staff report functionally and administratively to him / her, in absence of Project Manager.
• He / She is responsible for the establishment good relations with the CLIENT.

Requirements

• Proven Experience : Site Manager with more than 15 years of working experience, at least 5 of them in the Oil&Gas Industry.
• Experience in Ethane Craker.
• BSc in Industrial / Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Relevant Experience in EPC LSTK projects developed on EPC Main Contractor side.
• Willingness to travel and develop his responsibility worldwide. (Middle East).
• Leadership and Communication skills.
• Excellent English language skills. Spanish language will be an advantage.
• Possibility to being expatriated in Kazajistan.
